Surrender Dance Academy

My daughter held her 5th birthday party here. The children loved the streetdance lesson and thoroughly enjoyed the party games and dancing to their favourite songs. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for something slightly different which the children love.

We wanted to learn to tap dance for our first dance and in two months Michelle had taught us a dance which blew our guests socks off. Michelle started by teaching us the basics and then worked with us to choose a piece of music we could tap to and then choreographed a dance for us. Many dance studios we approached were not willign to teach us, but Michelle was amazing, thank you.

I had my sons 6th birthday party held at the dance academy. It was a street dancing theme and the kids had an amazing time, even the adults were joining in with the routine :) I am very pleased with the service that we received and they have a variety of party themes to suit every child. I know that some of my sons classmates are also booking their party there. The prices are also very competitive, for 20 children it would have cost nearly double to take them to Krazy Kaves or Pirate Petes.

My 4 year old daughter has just started dance and has been going for six weeks now. She really looks forward to going, she has a great time and everyone is friendly. She has grown in confidence and loves to show me the thinks she has learnt.

I have been dancing now since I was 10 years old and I am now 22! I have stayed with Michelle (teacher), throughout the whole time. It is such a friendly atmospheric dancing school and we are not just a group of friends, we are also like family! All the dancers are extremely friendly and welcome anyone whether they are 7 or 70! Any age is welcome and any level is too! Will be dancing forever thanks to Surrender!

My duaghter just loves these classes, her feet never stop dancing when she is at home, in fact the whole family no the routines! Lovely, friendly bunch of girls.

I have invited them to our annual My Fayre at St. Mary's Church in Fratton Portsmouth since their inception. They are always there for me, cheerful, pleasant and helpful. They are talented young people with a talented teacher.

A remarkable dance school that encourages children to learn Dance in a fun way. I have a two year old who has just joined and she enjoys every second. It already has helped her co-ordination and I am excited to see her develop through dance. The dance teachers are very friendly and welcoming to the children. We love it.

Surrender Dance Accadamy is a well run dance school. Michelle, the dance teacher, is very professional in what she does and in her way of teaching. The dance school takes part in competitions, shows, as well as exams or you can go just for fun. Michelle will help you or your child during each class in order for you to reach your full potential and so you get what you want from each class. It is a fun and friendly dance school and i would recomend it to anyone interested in dance.

I have been dancing at Surrender Dance Academy for a long time and it has always been a friendly and welcoming place, with an excellent teacher who is always willing to help you. This dance school is a great place to come if you like dancing, whether you are a beginner or experienced, there are classes to suit everyone.

This dance school, is very welcoming and friendly, all of the students are happy to make friends with you very quickly and are happy to help you, the teacher is very helpful and is happy to give one on one attention if you need it, she is always encouraging, which gives you confidence not only to perform as well as in my personal life.

It's a really nice atmosphere, unlike some other dance schools i've been to. The teacher is always happy to help and is understanding and patient if you find something difficult and I really like how she teaches us the dances at a pace everyone likes. Being a smaller dance school means everyone gets along but a new face is always welcomed. I'm so glad I joined and hopefully will continue going for a very long time.

Surrender Dance Academy is an excellent dance school with a very good, qualified dance teacher. The teaching standard is very good and the teacher helps you when you need it. The times are very suitable to everybody's needs (for example, after school and out of work hours. ) Also the prices are very good for what you get out of it. Overall i think its a brilliant dance school with very high teaching standards and great for anyone who would like to go for fun and exercise or to get enrolled with competitons and exams. .
